The Hero’s Rope
Stop carrying people across the river and start teaching them to cross themselves.
Wesley’s leadership manual tackles the toxic “hero culture” that burns out top performers and creates fragile organizations. Drawing on decades of consulting experience and ancient martial arts wisdom, the book offers leaders practical, step-by-step frameworks to shift from crisis-driven heroics to building resilient, accountable, anti-fragile teams. Available worldwide.
